This cute house is an opportunity at $400,000, period. Never mind the financing opportunity. The smartest investment is usually the smallest house on the nicest street, well this is it, with most homes here valued between $500,000 and $1M USD. You can own in maybe the safest and secure, gated community of Playa del Carmen with only $100,000 USD down. Finance for 5 years at $5000 USD/month.
