The Soliman Bay community is nestled on the beach with only the natural mangrove featuring loads of wildlife and birds between you and the highway, offering spectacular sunsets. Your new home in paradise sits on 15m of private, sandy beachfront and is 52m deep plus you have an additional 15m of covered parking (with solar panels) plus a covered work space for the house manager.

This special, private property is made up of 3 independent bedrooms, each with their own 3-piece ensuite, 2 of them sit on the beach and have a great terrace facing the Caribbean Sea, and one of them has a great outdoor shower! Speaking of outdoor showers, you have one on the sea-side, to wash off the salt water or the sand before heading into your room and another beside the pools, one which is deep, so stays nice and fresh, the other pool is heated, so you can comfortably take a dip on our cool ‘winter’ days!

The street-front building is the manager’s loft-style casita for housekeepers to live onsite, offering added safety, security and helpful services for you and your guests. The rooftop here is a beautiful lookout spot over the mangroves for those spectacular sunsets I speak of. And it’s adorned with murals, that you will notice, there is not a bit of untouched, exposed concrete, it has all been painted in a beautiful Caribbean colour palette with murals throughout the entire property – and done very well!

Adjacent the manager’s loft is used as a private owner’s suite with a full kitchen/living/dining space, private bedroom with half bath ensuite and a full bath just off the kitchen. The living area features a beautiful, arched, brick ceiling, as you’ll also see in other spaces of the property, and my favorite part of this ‘apartment’ is the private terrace. In front of the “owner’s suite” are your 2 pools backed by another beautiful mural.

The main kitchen/living area ‘house’ offers a full kitchen, dining table and futon for lounging and offering even more space for guests to sleep. Here you’ll also find a pantry, 2nd full-sized fridge, mudroom, storage plus another full sized, 3 piece bath. The covered terrace is one of my favorite places on the property, where you can see the turquoise waters and white sand beach, while staying out of the sun or occasional Caribbean shower.

The property has loads of trees and a couple of grass palapas with hammocks strung up, ready for your afternoon siestas. You’ll also find another sundeck above the kitchen area with ocean views & breezes, and of course another mural to appreciate the turtles. Of course there is a grill area, a covered car park, space to store your kayaks and paddle boards and… well I think that’s everything! Now it’s time to get into that water!

If you don’t already know, this is one of the top beaches in the area for the sea turtles, one of their favorite migration and nesting spots. Get out there and enjoy the second largest barrier reef on the planet and see the turtles, rays, tropical fish and everything else you are sure to see in this crystal clear Caribbean water.
